We are seeking a highly motivated and aggressive Commercial Alarm and Security Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a goal-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced sales environment and is committed to delivering tailored security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with new clients through effective cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop a deep understanding of JTL Security products and services to customize solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, specifically within the commercial security sector.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure.
